It's been a while since I've read or posted on this forum so I thought I'd post a recent trip from here in GA where I live. Kayakfshr, Railroader, Shoal Bandit and myself braved the elements today to go after more bull reds. The wind was blowing 10-15 mph all day and with a north wind it made for some fun conditions to fish and paddle. Smile Here is a short video of the water conditions shortly after we launched...

Our final tally for the day was a total of 24 bull reds! I ended up with 5, railroader 5, shoal bandit 4, and kayakfshr 10. Throughout the course of the day, between kayakfshr, railroader, and myself, we had four different double hook ups.

Here are a couple of pics of my double hook up...

The action lasted all day and I can't even begin to tell you who caught what in what order. It was just a great day to be out chasing bull reds!

Here are mine:

And this little guy I actually caught on a small shrimp while fishing for more bait...

Awesome. Crappy conditions sure become tolerable when the fishing is hot like that.

Jim, those are the best conditions possible when going after bull reds. They love water that's being all stirred up like that.
